- Referral Fees
- For every 25bps of yield spread added to the quoted coupon, brokers earn 1 point, not to exceed 1.5 points (37.5bps YSP).

- Additional Incentive Bonus
- Close over $10 million in deals within a calendar year to earn an incremental 25bps referral fee (backdated to the first $10 million).
- Close over $20 million in deals to earn a total incremental 50bps from $10–$20 million.
- For example, a broker closing $20 million would earn an incremental 75bps on top of their base referral fees, adding up to $75,000 more in compensation.
- Account-Based Discount Pricing
- For accounts generating over $20 million in closed loans per year, a further discount on pricing is available, making the financing even more competitive.
